This rotary automatic bagging machine is always made with high accuracy Splitter and servo motor control, generally at 6 or 8 working stations. Here refer to the working procedures of 8 stations as followings:
Here are further explantions of different working stations:
* Bag Infeed Positon : Horizontal belt type or Vertical type
* Station 1: The manipulator grippes one bag, and place to rotary body;
* Station 2: It finish date coding here, or finish the zipper opening;
* Station 3: It clamp the bags and blow air into the bags, to ensure maximum opening the bags;
* Station 4: Make sure the top edge fully opend. meanwhile try to make the gusset opening to enlarge the bag volume;
* Station 5: It finish bag filling. If the product is more than 2kg, customize one set of vibration device to shake the bags;
* Station 6: It finish second filling, like warranty card, oxygen absorber bag, or manual etc, meanwhile finish zipper sealing here;
* Station 7: It finish thermal sealing on top opening, meanwhile degas the air in the bag;
* Station 8: It finish cold sealing and finish product out-taking.
Meanwhile, the funciton of these different working stations may customized as buyer's special packaging request.
